Marzia khatun FCA joined Redbridge Accountant (RBA) Ltd as a Business Advisor. She brings with more than 10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, External Audit, Internal Control and Compliance, Taxation, and Internal Audit. Before joining RBA, she worked in Banglalink, a leading multinational telecommunication company in Bangladesh, for more than 3 years as the internal audit senior manager. She also worked for KPMG in Bangladesh for more than 7 years in audit and advisory services in different positions. She is efficient in implementing internal controls related to financial reporting and operational processes. She is well conversant with due diligence of a potential investment to confirm all facts such as reviewing all financial records focusing on quality of assets and completeness of liabilities and anything else deemed material that would affect purchase decision of the investor.

Jahid Mohammad Reza Khan is a highly skilled and ambitious Chartered Accountant, bringing over seven years of experience in external audit services within a Big Four audit firm and the banking industry. He possesses deep expertise in financial statement reviews in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), taxation, financial accounting, and team management. As a Chartered Accountant, Jahid plays a pivotal role in assisting clients with their financial needs, providing tailored solutions and strategic guidance. His meticulous attention to detail ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Additionally, he leverages technology to implement efficient financial systems and enhance overall financial management. Mahfuza Binte Hashim, a business graduate, has been a very sincere and dedicated member of our RBA team she started. She brought with her both enthusiasm and experience from her stint at MetLife Bangladesh in its Employee Benefit team. Mahfuza, a confident & highly organised administrative professional, spearheads the payroll and pension of RBA's numerous clients. She deals with our clients’ weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll including RTI submissions along with pension submissions and pension declaration on behalf of our clients. She is immensely meticulous in meeting up our clients’ payroll queries on a daily basis and takes pride on her work ethics.

Nazmin Akter FCCA joined Redbridge Accountant (RBA) Ltd as an Accountant. She is currently working in Accounts and Corporation Tax team since September 2024. She has a dynamic professional working experience of seven and half years with Big4 audit firm (KPMG in Bangladesh). During her employment in KPMG, she supervised and assisted in various financial audits, due diligence and advisory services to large multinational and local Companies. She has gathered a handful of knowledge and experience about telecommunication industry while providing statutory audit service, advisory service and reviewing of interim financial information and group reporting.

Shamsul Kibria BA (Accounting), MA. Currently preparing for AAT Level 4 professional diploma in accounting. He is a proud member of RBA's accounting team who has got more than 15 years of experience. He has specialised himself in VAT & undertaking Personal Tax. He has first-hand experience in payroll and pension. He is trained with software like Xero, QuickBooks, VT,Sage, IRIS Keytime Suite, tax filer, Moneysoft payroll manager & Ftax.

Rabia Shabir is a graduate with a degree in Accountancy. She furthermore holds certification in accountancy & finance from a prominent UK university. She is a sedulous team member of RBA with an experience of three years. She is proficient in many accounting software like Quickbooks and VT etc She is responsible for preparing & filling the VAT returns & admin work in RBA. She is dedicated to furnishing outstanding service to Rba clients.

Salma is an enthusiastic customer-oriented Accounts Manager with a multicultural outlook. She has graduated with an MBA in Finance and Banking.She has expertise in several accounting software namely Xero, VT, QuickBooks etc. She has been the lead point of contact in regards to effectively handling several client's accounts. Moreover, she is a dynamic professional with a sound academic background with the ability to oversee all aspects of the customer service experience
