Remote Working Policy


RBA Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor (RBA) is committed to providing a flexible and supportive working environment for its staff. This policy sets out the company's expectations for staff who work remotely.


This policy applies to all staff of RBA who are authorized to work remotely.


Staff may be eligible to work remotely if they meet the following criteria:

  • Have been with the company for at least six months
  • Have a good performance record
  • Have the necessary equipment and resources to work remotely
  • Are able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Are able to communicate effectively with their colleagues and managers


Staff who wish to work remotely must submit a request to their manager. The manager will assess the request and make a decision based on the following factors:

  • The employee's eligibility
  • The employee's job role and responsibilities
  • The company's needs


Staff who work remotely are expected to:

  • Be available during their regular working hours
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Attend meetings and participate in team activities
  • Complete their work on time and to a high standard
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of the company's information
  • Report any problems or concerns to their manager immediately
